Process

No black boxes.
No runaround.

Three clear phases. Every step has a purpose. Every deliverable has a reason. Here's exactly how the work happens.

01

Listen & Diagnose

Before we recommend anything, we spend real time understanding your business, your market, and what's actually broken. Not what you think is broken — what's actually holding you back.

What happens in this phase:

  • Business deep-dive — We review your current positioning, website, and market context. We read what your competitors are saying.
  • Stakeholder interview — 60-minute call with you (or your key decision-makers) to understand the real business pressures, not the textbook version.
  • Diagnostic output — A written brief that summarizes what we found, what's working, what isn't, and our initial read on where the leverage is.

What you'll get:

Situation Assessment

A written summary of what we observed — honest, no flattery.

Leverage Map

Where the biggest opportunity sits — and what it will take to capture it.

Proposal for Phase 2

A concrete scope, timeline, and investment for the strategy and build phases.

Duration: 3–5 business days. No commitment required to continue.

02

Strategize & Design

With the diagnostic in hand, we build the strategic foundation: your positioning, messaging architecture, brand voice, and design direction. This is where most of the real work happens.

What happens in this phase:

  • Positioning workshop — Collaborative working session to land your core positioning statement, competitive frame, and brand architecture.
  • Messaging framework — The full set of messages: tagline, hero copy, feature descriptions, objection handling, and brand voice guidelines.
  • Design direction — Visual identity, typography, color, layout system, and UI direction — ready to hand to a developer.

What you'll get:

Brand Positioning Document

Core statement, competitive frame, key messages — the strategic spine.

Messaging Guide

Full copy toolkit: hero, features, FAQ, taglines, and voice guidelines.

Design System

Visual direction, typography, color, spacing — ready for production.

Duration: 2–3 weeks depending on scope. Milestone reviews at each deliverable.

03

Build & Launch

With strategy and design locked, we build — production-grade code, real copy, working forms, and GitHub Pages deployment. Launch day is not the finish line; we stay until it's actually working.

What happens in this phase:

  • Development — Semantic HTML, CSS design system, vanilla JS — no bloat, no framework overhead. GitHub Pages ready from day one.
  • Copy integration — Final copy replaces placeholder content. We review for tone, accuracy, and conversion.
  • QA & launch — Browser testing, mobile, accessibility check. GitHub Pages deployment. Post-launch support.

What you'll get:

Live Website

Fully functional, mobile-responsive, deployed to GitHub Pages.

GitHub Repository

Full source code, history, and deploy pipeline — you own it.

Handoff & Support

30-day post-launch support window. Documentation for future edits.

Duration: 2–4 weeks depending on site complexity. 48-hour response SLA during support window.
